At Tan Group, we commit to managing waste from production processes with Zero Waste awareness. Our goal is to ensure disposal, reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste without harming the environment and human health; thus reducing natural resource usage and operating this cycle in a healthy way.
We have established an Environmental Management System for a green factory to minimize environmental impacts in all production processes from input to output. With this system, we evaluate our annual environmental performance, management teams and legal obligations. We continue to update and implement our actions every year to achieve our Carbon Neutral goal. We evaluate the environmental impacts of our production processes and related risks. Our aim is to ensure the management of necessary actions to eliminate or minimize environmental impacts while continuing our production activities.

Wastewater Treatment
Our technical team implements continuous optimization initiatives to reduce water consumption across our operations. Wastewater is treated at authorized modern recycling facilities and reintegrated into the production cycle.
Renewable Energy
We meet all of our electricity consumption through renewable solar energy and additionally contribute to the grid by supplying an amount equal to our consumption, supporting sustainable energy production.
Eco-Friendly Chemicals
Across all production operations, low-impact chemicals are used, and raw materials that are organic, recycled, and compliant with GOTS and OEKO-TEX standards are preferred.
Energy Efficiency and Resource Optimization
We continuously improve our environmental impact by using technologies that minimize energy and natural resource consumption in our production processes.
Circular Production and Waste Management
Our operations are structured in accordance with circular economy principles; waste is systematically separated, recovered, and reintroduced into production while minimizing environmental impact.
